Abstract: In this study, we focused on male sterility in Chinese cabbage, and selected anthers of both sterile (Tyms) and maintained (231-330) materials at the same period of time for specific study. The growth, and sampling conditions of sterile material Tyms and maintained material 231-330 were the same, and flower buds with lengths of 1.5-3.5mm and greater than 5.0mm were taken, respectively, and small RNA sequencing was performed. small RNA sequencing was performed to explore the mechanism of male sterility in Chinese cabbage from both sterile and maintained materials.
