Year: 2025

Type: article

Abstract: This document provides a formal, timestamped declaration of authorship integrity for the Universal Ψ Lagrangian framework (2025), establishing full conceptual and scientific provenance of all related theoretical developments. It responds to an unsupported allegation issued by the American Physical Society regarding the authorship and scientific integrity of several theoretical manuscripts, despite the absence of any technical critique, evidence, or peer-review evaluation. The Notice documents the origin, derivation history, variational structure, and operator foundations of the Universal Ψ Lagrangian and consolidates the complete record of its mathematical development within an independent scholarly archive.
