From Questions to Confidence. A Résumé of 5 Years NFDI4Culture Helpdesk

Abstract: This poster presents the self-concept, results and success factors of the NFDI4Culture Helpdesk , a federated research data management support service at the Consortium for Material and Immaterial Cultural Heritage of the German National Research Infrastructure, between 2020 and 2025. Based on the analysis of 745 consultations at the helpdesk, it shows visualisations of user groups, discplines and topics discussed at the NFDI4Culture Helpdesk.
