Abstract: SmartCampus.AI is an automated system designed to modernize attendance tracking and predict student academic performance using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. This framework integrates face recognition-based attendance monitoring, predictive modelling, data preprocessing, and performance analytics to improve transparency and academic efficiency.The system uses image processing for real-time attendance detection and machine learning algorithms such as Random Forest and Logistic Regression for performance prediction. Experimental evaluation shows improved accuracy and reduced manual workload. SmartCampus.AI can be deployed in schools, colleges, and universities to automate routine academic processes and enhance overall institutional performance.
