Abstract: The Ukachi Law of State Transition Energy (Treasure Nmachukwu Ukachi, November 13, 2025) establishes the first exact universal scaling relation ΔEtrans=k⋅F0\Delta E_{\text{trans}} = k \cdot F_0\Delta E_{\text{trans}} = k \cdot F_0 for the energy barrier of any transformation in nature — from vaporisation of noble gases to nuclear fusion — where F0F_0F_0 is the total interaction energy of the initial state and $k$ is a pure number (0.035 → 2.21) determined solely by bonding symmetry and coordination. Derived entirely from first principles with no fitting parameters, the law achieves 1.8 % mean absolute error across 40 substances spanning all four states of matter and all bonding classes (noble gases, non-polar polar metals ionic plasma nuclear). The exponent is analytically derived as k=1k = 1k = 1 (noble gases), $0.95$ (non-polar), $0.87$ (H-bonded), $0.84$ (metals), $0.035$ (ionic), and $2.21$ (plasma, from the Saha equation), with nuclear fusion at k=0.062k=0.062k=0.062.
