Abstract: Technical supplement to "Relational Quantum Theory: A Complete Framework for Fundamental Physics" (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17748714). Provides rigorous derivation of Einstein-like field equations from relational free-energy functional via number current variation. Establishes that the emergent coupling parameter α(r) ~ Gr² is scale-dependent, derives the perfect-fluid stress-energy tensor, analyzes stability conditions, and connects to dark matter phenomenology through mixed energy functions ε(n) = mn + Knᵞ.
