Abstract: This article studies the chemical composition and biologically active substances of the greater celandine (Chelidonium majus.) plant, the pharmacological properties of the chistotel preparation produced on its basis, and its pharmacotoxicological effect on rabbit skin. The results of the research confirm the antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties of the preparations obtained from this plant and their ability to accelerate the process of regeneration.
