Abstract: The Research and Experimental Development (R&D) Survey undergoes quality assessment by its Technical and Clearance Committees at the end of the execution of each annual round. This report is only for the purpose of providing these committees with a sense of the level of quality of the survey. It is, therefore, strictly confidential and not accessible to the public.
