Year: 2025
Type: article
Study design: Case Report
Abstract: Cystic hygroma is a benign cystic tumour of lymph sacs containing fluid-filled lymph. Anaesthetic management in a child with cystic hygroma can pose a significant difficult airway situation, and its management creates challenges for the anaesthesiologist. We present a child 3 months of age with a very large cystic swelling on the left side of the neck, with difficulty in feeding who was scheduled for cyst excision.
