Abstract: This work presents a unified, data-driven framework for resolving one of the most persistent discrepancies in modern particle physics: the hadronic vacuum polarization (HVP) contribution to the muon anomalous magnetic moment (g−2)μ(g-2)_\mu(g−2)μ. By integrating kinetic modulation, spectral deformation, and data-adaptive reweighting into a single coherent methodology, we introduce a new class of HLV (Hadronic–Leptonic–Vacuum) corrections capable of reconciling previously incompatible datasets across lattice QCD, dispersion relations, and phenomenological models. Our framework establishes a mathematically consistent bridge between experimental e+e−e^+e^-e+e− cross-section data and theoretical hadronic loop contributions, revealing structural biases and non-linear distortions that earlier analyses could not capture. Through a tri-layer correction architecture and a rigorous uncertainty-propagation scheme, we achieve a measurable reduction in systematic errors while improving the global-fit stability of the HVP contribution. This paper represents a collaboration between independent researchers working across theoretical physics, computational modeling, and systems-level analysis. The resulting formulation is designed not only to clarify the long-standing tension surrounding (g−2)μ(g−2)_\mu(g−2)μ, but to provide a reproducible template for future high-precision electroweak corrections, lattice-data harmonization, and HVP consistency studies. Our results indicate that unified, algorithmically modulated corrections can meaningfully shift the theoretical prediction toward experimentally observed values — offering a viable pathway toward resolving the muon-anomaly discrepancy. This work aims to contribute an open, transparent, and technically rigorous foundation for the next generation of precision Standard-Model tests.
