Abstract: A BSTRACT Laser surgery offers a minimally invasive alternative for common anorectal conditions with reduced pain, quicker recovery, and high patient satisfaction however, long-term results show variable recurrence rates, questioning its standalone efficacy. Hybrid laser procedures appear promising but lack strong evidence to replace established standards. The future of laser use in proctology depends on robust studies, standardized training, and evidence-based application rather than technological enthusiasm.
