Abstract: The Neutrino as a Possible Cause of Gravity Caused by Atomic Spin: Revised Scientific Hypothesis and Formal Correction (2026) Author: Daniel Robert IzzoOriginal publication: December 5, 2025Corrected edition: October 10, 2026 This 17-page publication presents a comprehensive scientific revision and formal correction of the original December 2025 hypothesis proposing that neutrinos and collective atomic-spin interactions might contribute to the emergence of gravitational attraction. The revised manuscript corrects unsupported claims concerning universal counterclockwise galactic rotation, neutrino chirality, atomic-spin coherence, cold welding, gravitational waves, dark energy, and the proposed cosmic neutrino substrate. Particular attention is given to distinguishing established experimental findings from speculative interpretations. The paper examines the cosmic neutrino background, weak-interaction parity violation, coherent elastic neutrino–nucleus scattering (CEνNS), gravitational observations, and the limitations of the original mathematical expressions. The correction acknowledges that galaxies exhibit both apparent directions of spiral winding and that neutrino chirality does not establish a universal preference for galactic rotation. It also clarifies that no experimental evidence currently demonstrates that neutrino interactions or collective atomic spins generate gravitational attraction. Rather than abandoning the original research question, the revised paper preserves the neutrino–atomic-spin gravity proposal as an unverified theoretical hypothesis, outlining mathematical requirements, observational constraints, and potential experimental tests necessary for further investigation. For historical transparency, the complete original December 2025 manuscript, including its illustrations and diagrams, is preserved as a clearly identified, superseded appendix. The corrected edition also includes scientific references and a formal notice explaining the changes. This publication documents the correction of earlier scientific errors while preserving the original research for historical reference. It does not claim experimental verification.
