Abstract: THe CDM model needs dark energy to explain cosmic acceleration and faces the persistent Hubble Tension. this paper proposes that acceleration is not spacial but temporal: observed proper time compounds exponentially with coordinate time according to the Compounding Temporal Metric (CTM).
