Abstract: The Hohilauri Principle of Unified Existence (HPUE) presents an axiomatic framework describing the dynamic interplay of chaos, order, and impulse in evolving systems. HPUE does not attempt to define the origin of existence; instead, it formalizes the operational conditions under which existence expresses itself. The model is intentionally abstract and non-mechanistic, enabling its use across scientific, philosophical, systemic, and analytical domains without revealing the proprietary internal construct (GEB-Ω).
