Abstract: Background: Artificial intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing Endocrinology research by enhancing data analysis, systematic reviews, and clinical applications. However, its application raises concerns regarding transparency, ethical use, and reproducibility. This study evaluates how leading journals in the field of Endocrinology address these challenges and opportunities through their author instructions and policies.
