Abstract: Status: Restricted archival note. This early document preserves the first USP attempt to connect photon aging, the Methuselah star, and the CMB resonance floor. The concept remains useful, but the numerical estimates are provisional and should be reconsidered in light of the later USP redshift/blueshift framework.
