Daylight Visualization with AI:Aspects of augmenting an image of a room with virtual windows

Year: 2025

Type: conference-paper

Abstract: The presentation explores the challenges and possibilities related to the following question: Is it technically possible to enable a homeowner to take a few pictures of a room, upload them to a service, specify a window/skylight configuration to add to the room, and then be presented with a visualization of the room, as it would approximately appear given the chosen window configuration?
