Abstract: Fieldwork can pose significant challenges in terms of inclusivity and accessibility, impacting students' experiences, and potentially impacting their future career choices.Here we reflect on data collected from participatory workshops where educators discussed challenges and shared good practice aimed at supporting the planning of more inclusive and accessible fieldwork.
