Abstract: Art of the Basque Region, Spain; and KMSKA -Royal Museum of Fine Arts, Belgium.Some of my research also focuses on gendered aesthetics, or examining painterly qualities in artworks to determine patterns of creativity, including the manner in which an artist paints be it figuratively (representatively) or through abstraction, its opposite.I will refer to some of this research within this paper.
