Abstract: The aim of this scoping review is to describe and characterise interventions that target and aim to reduce potentially inappropriate prescribing (PIP) in older adults. These interventions must have been initiated in the emergency department (ED) or another acute care setting, such as acute medical units, local injury units or acute geriatric units.
