Abstract: Curious how a university can get all staff AI-ready? In this 25-minute session, discover how Breda University of Applied Sciences (BUas) rolled out a university-wide AI training strategy—covering lecturers, researchers, and operational staff. Learn why we took action, how European legislation influenced our approach, and what kind of training (from essential to advanced) we now offer. We'll also showcase some of the creative ways BUas fosters campus-wide learning and open dialogue around AI—beyond the classroom.
