Abstract: This study investigates whether additional psychological interventions have an effect on the depressive symptoms of patients suffering from schizophrenia by comparing all psychological interventions with a control condition. In summary, a small relevant positive effect on the reduction of depressive symptoms is seen. However, further analysis of this effect and possible moderators was difficult due to various aspects.
