The role of RB and its complex in CDK4/6 inhibitor therapy: Mechanisms of cell cycle regulation and oncolytic virus replication

Year: 2025
Type: dissertation
Abstract: RB is crucial for the response to CDK4/6 inhibitors in bladder cancer. RB-positive cells undergo G1 arrest and exhibit drug sensitivity, driven by RB degradation through the UPS/SCF complex and its nuclear localization. The E2F complex, particularly E2F3 and p107, influences adenoviral replication.
