Abstract: The D9.1 Project Management Plan, produced within WP9 (Management, coordination and ethics), serves as the central reference for all quality assurance and quality control procedures in the StreamSCAPES project. It outlines the project’s organisational structure, operational procedures, and the roles and responsibilities that ensure consistent monitoring and improvement of quality-related activities. Based on the Grant Agreement, its Annexes, and the Consortium Agreement, the document provides clear standards and processes to guide day-to-day work. By doing so, it supports efficient collaboration among consortium partners and facilitates their engagement in the project’s overall workflow.
