Abstract: In this study, the researchers have examined and compared the effect of corporate governance laws on the real estate markets in the United Kingdom (UK) and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The growth and development of a country’s real estate sector are significantly affected by its corporate governance laws. This study aims to highlight the influence of the corporate governance legal systems on the real estate sectors in both countries by examining regulatory frameworks, ownership and financing arrangements, and investor protection measures. The researchers employed a comparative analysis process based on a doctrinal legal research technique, to determine the similarities, differences, and probable areas for improvement.
