The Universal–Anthropic Thesis: A Theoretical Framework Proposing Homo sapiens as the Fractal Microcosm of the Universe
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Description This work presents the Universal–Anthropic Thesis, a unified theoretical framework proposing that the Universe operates as an information-based system whose structural principles recur across scales of existence. Within this framework, Homo sapiens are proposed as a fractal microcosm of the Universe—biological systems whose physical, cognitive, and identity architectures mirror the informational organization of cosmic structure. The framework introduces key conceptual constructs including the Universe Information Core (UIC), the Life-Core (LC), and a Consciousness Field (CF) to explain the origin of consciousness, continuity of identity, and the emergence of self-aware observers. Using information-theoretic reasoning, fractal correspondence analysis, cross-scale structural mapping, and interdisciplinary synthesis, the model integrates insights from cosmology, evolutionary biology, neuroscience, and consciousness studies. This work is presented as a theoretical framework intended to stimulate interdisciplinary discussion and guide future empirical investigation. While no experimental claims are made at this stage, the thesis offers testable predictions and a coherent conceptual foundation for future research into the relationship between the Universe, human consciousness, and identity continuity.
