Abstract: Recently, magnetic hyperthermia has gained attention as a low-invasive cancer treatment with minimal side effects.Magnetic hyperthermia uses magnetic nanoparticles as heat-generating agents and is being extensively investigated.Additionally, magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) may be used as contrast agents in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or tracers in magnetic particle imaging (MPI) to enhance the resolution. Therefore, new medical technologies that combine diagnosis and treatment may be developed using MNP such that an integrated approach may be achieved in treatment and diagnostic applications.
