Animation in Educational Innovation: Historical, Hybrid and Global Perspectives
Year: 2025
Type: conference-paper
Abstract: Educational cartoons are designed to convey useful information and knowledge, the assimilation of which requires practice, for example, learning the alphabet, arithmetic operations, grammar rules, rules of behavior in society and others. The dynamics of cartoons mark a significant change in the way narratives are represented. The cultural and educational impact derives from global recognition, which highlights the ability of the global educational environment to address complex and emotionally charged topics and their use as pedagogical resources and effective means of instruction in classrooms. Cartoons can constitute an innovative learning environment, in which each participant can reflect aloud and communicate their own opinions and solutions regarding the complexity of global problems and societal challenges.
