Research methods and organization. The study is based on a multi-level methodology that includes philosophical, general scientific, interdisciplinary, scientific-pedagogical, and research-technological levels. Research results and conclusions. An integrative model of the military-pedagogical identity of a future National Guard officer has been developed, with the core being the professional and moral structure of the personality. The pedagogical mechanisms for forming identity have been identified: value-semantic internalization, personal example of mentors, pedagogical support, creation of an educational environment, and reflective analysis of professional situations. It has been established that the integration of educational, nurturing, and project-research activities ensures the formation of values such as patriotism, duty, honor, social justice, and humanism. The developed concept allows for a comprehensive approach to the education of a new generation of National Guard officers possessing a high level of professional, moral, and pedagogical readiness. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the substantiation and construction of an integrative model of the military-pedagogical identity of National Guard cadets. The obtained results can be used to improve educational programs, enhance teacher qualifications, and develop diagnostic tools within the military education system.
