Abstract: Diseases associated with degenerative-dystrophic lesions of the spine account for more than 40% of adults. In a clinical neurological examination, 56 patients with neurological syndromes after a lumbar disc hernia were divided into two identical groups: the main group and the control group. To assess the clinical effectiveness and the pain syndrome we used ENMG and the visual analogue scale (VAS).
