Abstract: Temporal Navigation and Consistency Constraints within the Time–Space Oscillation Framework The Time–Space Oscillation (TSO) framework models physical systems as locally time and space oscillatory structures whose dynamics emerge from the interplay of frequency, phase, and coupling relationships. In this work, we explore the implications of TSO for temporal navigation, intrinsic time reversal, and backward time interaction at a purely theoretical level. Rather than proposing a practical time-travel device, we analyze the fundamental consistency constraints imposed by conservation laws, causality, angular momentum, energy exchange, and information coherence. We show that attempts to alter temporal boundary conditions within a single, globally fixed timeline lead to paradoxes and violations of these constraints. By contrast, branching into parallel, TSO-consistent phase spaces provides the only self-consistent resolution, reinterpreting temporal navigation as entry into an equivalent prior state without overwriting existing world-lines. Our analysis further examines intrinsic phase control, energy “surfing,” and flux-topology encapsulation as mechanisms to maintain coherence during temporal navigation. Forward-time travel is treated as a limiting kinematic effect, while backward-time traversal requires careful management of intrinsic TSO degrees of freedom, embedding interactions, and branch selection. This work demonstrates that time travel is conceptually feasible within the TSO framework, but achieving consistency with physical laws imposes strict structural and energetic requirements. While practical implementation remains speculative, the study clarifies the minimal theoretical conditions for TSO-based temporal navigation, highlighting a rich interplay between oscillatory phase structure, conservation principles, and multiverse branching. For newcomers, a structured overview of the foundational TSO papers is available in “Time Space Oscillations. Introduction papers” (Zenodo DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.1767154). It guides readers through the core principles of TSO—Time dilation and Gravity equivalence, TSO & EM, TSO & QM—and shows how the present work fits into the broader framework.
