Abstract: This article discusses the relevance of using chatbots as key and modern elements of digital transformation in the global market, including in the construction industry. The features of using a Telegram bot to automate reporting systems for contractors in a construction organization are explored.This article examines how Telegram bots are becoming an indispensable tool in the face of rapid changes in technology and consumer preferences of potential clients. This article also pays special attention to the opportunities that the Telegram bot presents in various industries, including construction.Such opportunities within the scope of this article are customer service, marketing, construction and other activities. The presented article pays great attention to the issues of automation of various processes that allow construction and contracting organizations to reduce their costs and increase the efficiency of the entire organization.This article is also devoted to considering the main advantages of using a Telegram bot. Such advantages include the integration of existing accounting systems, increased transparency of generated reporting, as well as increased communication between different users of the Telegram bot.This article discusses issues of functionality and the need to implement a Telegram bot in the process of automating reporting systems for contractors. The article touches on the basics of describing the created Telegram bot for the purpose of automating the reporting systems of contractor organizations. The chatbot developed for the construction industry reduces waiting time from 10 to 2 hours, increases successful requests by 45%, speeds up communication processes by 60% and reduces technical support costs by up to 30%.
