Changes in QRS morphology during catheter ablation of premature ventricular complexes origination from right ventricular false tendon: A case report
Year: 2025
Type: article
Study design: Case Report
Abstract: There is a notable lack of research on the arrhythmogenic effects of right ventricular (RV) false tendons (FTs). We present a case of premature ventricular complexes (PVCs) originating from a RV false tendon (FT) connecting the anterior papillary muscle (APM) and posterior papillary muscles (PPM). Dynamic changes in QRS morphology were observed during ablation, suggesting the PVCs origin with two activation exit sites. Ablation at the PPM exit resulted in earliest activation site (EAS) shifting to the APM exit.
