Abstract: Tiger Worm Toilet (TWT) users in Pune, India, reported a high Sanitation-related Quality of Life (SanQoL) Index (0.94 out of 1). Poor latrine superstructure remains a challenge. Evidence supports wide application of TWTs in appropriate locations.
