Abstract: In the digital era we acquire more knowledge on advanced information and giving services to our library users with new innovative technology such as AI tools. AI tools are seeing increasing usage in all fields. This paper examines the applications of AI Technologies in Libraries as a tool to enhance service quality. This study examines the development of smart book recommendation systems utilising AI components to enhance library services.
