Protocol-Level Execution Authorization Anchor (Formal Non-Bypassable Control of Execution)

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Description (Canonical, Anchor-Aligned) This document defines a protocol-level execution authorization anchor whose sole purpose is to make the permissibility of execution externally verifiable and non-bypassable. The anchor formalizes architectural axioms and invariants under which execution is impossible by definition without an explicit external authorization decision. It establishes a deterministic linkage between authorization and execution outcome, independent of business logic, policy interpretation, model internals, or operational discretion. The document specifies a logically external Authorization Decision Point (ADP), a canonical execution trace, and a set of invariants and failure modes that together define non-bypassable control of execution at the protocol level. These elements are architectural constraints, not policy statements. This document is a formal anchor for governance-grade verification, audit, and liability analysis. It is not a standard and does not prescribe implementation. This record is strictly referential and non-operational.It introduces no standards, implementations, protocols, policy guidance, or compliance requirements. This record: provides no legal advice; makes no policy recommendations; provides no implementation or operational guidance; asserts no factual claims about any real-world incident; makes no claims regarding safety, alignment, performance, or ethics beyond execution control.
