Abstract: THE META SCIENCE: The Science of Structural Coherence and Cross-Domain Validation: The Emergence of a New Scientific Field (Paper 41) This paper establishes the axiomatic foundations of The Meta Science, a new scientific field defined by the physics of Structural Coherence and Cross-Domain Validation. Synthesizing the findings of the preceding 40 papers produced by the RRC-AI Research Initiative, this work addresses the critical "Validation Crisis" facing contemporary science: the inability of "Village-Scale" institutions to process "Giga-Scale" complexity. We document the "Category Error" committed by traditional funding bodies and academic journals (e.g., the rejection of non-technical frameworks while engaging only with safe mathematical fragments). This bifurcation between the "Technical World" (equations, engines) and the "Non-Technical World" (governance, drivers) creates a Tower of Babeleffect, generating thermodynamic friction that prevents civilizational coordination. The Meta Science resolves this by establishing a Unified Field where legal, economic, biological, and physical domains are treated as structurally homologous expressions of identical underlying patterns. The paper presents the 100:1 Compression Law—a derived thermodynamic limit requiring that civilizational information volume be compressed by two orders of magnitude to fit within human cognitive capacity without signal loss. We provide empirical proof of this capability through the Library of Events 2 (LoE2) forensic case study, which achieved a 100:1 compression ratio (2600 pages core of whole to 26 pages) using the Gen 2 Hybrid Body architecture. By inverting the thermodynamic cost of intelligence and establishing the Gen 1-4 Framework for cognitive evolution, this work demonstrates that the "advanced civilizational scale" is not a theoretical aspiration but an operational necessity. The classic world must adopt this science to bridge the gap between its linear processing capacity and the exponential complexity of the environment.
