Synergo-cybernetic Approach to Adaptive Control System Synthesis for Electric Power Facilities
Year: 2025
Type: conference-paper
Abstract: Modern electric power facilities are characterized by strong nonlinearities and uncertainties, which require advanced adaptive control strategies to ensure stability and robust performance. This paper investigates a synergo-cybernetic approach to adaptive control system synthesis based on the principles of self-organization and invariant manifolds. The method employs the analytical construction of aggregated regulators (AKAR) to design control laws that guide system dynamics toward predefined attractors, ensuring asymptotic stability and robustness to disturbances. The applicability of the proposed approach is demonstrated through its use in thermal power plants, wind energy conversion systems, and distributed microgrids. A comparative analysis with conventional nonlinear control techniques highlights the advantages of synergetic control in terms of adaptability, stability, and absence of chattering. The results confirm the potential of the synergo-cybernetic approach for modern energy system automation.
