Abstract: This document consolidates and finalizes the foundational definitions of Process Dilatation Theory (PDT).It fixes the primitive concepts, level separation, and structural assumptions shared by all PDT papers.No phenomenology, metric structure, or domain-specific physics is introduced.This release resolves remaining ambiguities at the primitive level and is intended as a stable backbone reference.This backbone document is formally anchored to a machine-checked Isabelle/HOL formal core, published separately on Zenodo.
