Manufacturing of Pipe Blankets With an Increased Set of Properties by the Method of Screw Compression

Abstract: The possibility of manufacturing pipe blanks with an increased complex of properties by the method of high-temperature thermomechanical processing by screw compression on a smooth mandrel is considered. Research of the accuracy of manufacturing pipe blanks and microstructure is performed. It is determined that the proposed technology allows to obtain products with increased precision and mechanical characteristic.
