The relevance of the research is determined by the increasing technological complexity of logistics systems and the corresponding demand for modernized skill sets. The methodological framework includes structural-functional, comparative and content analysis of academic literature, regulatory documents, and educational models. As a result, key groups of competencies—digital, AI-related, end-to-end, intercultural, and communicative—were identified. Particular emphasis is placed on the role of international data exchange standards, which provide the technological foundation for seamless logistics. A comparative analysis of Russian and international educational models was conducted, and recommendations for updating logistics training programs are proposed.
