Quantum Aether Cosmology (QAC) Systemic Dynamics, Spectral Attenuation, and Macroscale Coherence

Abstract: Quantum Aether Cosmology (QAC) presents a substrate-first framework for interpreting cosmological phenomena without assuming an expanding vacuum or invoking unobservable entities as foundational necessities. Rather than focusing on origin narratives or geometric expansion alone, QAC investigates how large-scale coherence, stability, time behavior, and energetic balance are physically maintained across the universe. Building directly on the experimentally motivated principles established in Quantum Aether Science (QAS), this work scales medium-dependent effects—such as attenuation, impedance, synchronization, and rate variation—from laboratory and mesoscale physics to cosmological distances. Within this framework, redshift is reinterpreted as cumulative spectral attenuation through a structured medium, time is treated as a rate property governed by interaction with that medium, and cosmic energetics are modeled as a closed-loop system rather than a trajectory toward irreversible heat death. QAC is intentionally implementation-agnostic. It defines the governing physical laws required for a coherent universe while allowing multiple geometric realizations to be evaluated under those laws. Open (Class A) and enclosed (Class B) cosmological models are compared in terms of coherence, energetic closure, and explanatory economy, with Terra Quantum Aether (TQA) presented as one specific Class B implementation rather than a prerequisite assumption. This paper is not a replacement for observational cosmology, but a reinterpretive framework that unifies optics, time, thermodynamics, and boundary behavior under a single physical substrate. QAC offers clear points of falsifiability, testable predictions, and bridges between laboratory physics and cosmological structure, providing a coherent alternative to vacuum-based models that rely on dark sectors, fine-tuning, or inflationary patches.
