The Invictus Self Operating System (ISOS): Self-Assessment Tool & Safety Protocol (Version 1.0)

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: : The Invictus Self Operating System (ISOS Framework) is a regulation-first planning framework designed to align personal strategy with nervous system capacity. This technical note contains the ISOS Self-Assessment Tool (v1.0) and the mandatory ISOS Safety Protocol. 1. The ISOS Self-Assessment Tool combines two essential mechanisms for capacity management: The Self-Audit Wheel: A holistic diagnostic tool used to audit personal capacity across 8 domains of life: Body, Mind, Work, Money, People, Home, Growth, and Joy. It utilises the a 10-point Likert scale to locate the user’s current position as Survival Mode (1-3), Functioning (4-7), or Thriving (8-10). The ISPP Journey Template: A structured 5-layer planning grid (Clarity, Capacity, Action, Fluidity, Celebration). It features the 'Gearbox' selection mechanism, which guides users to choose between S.A.F.E. Micro-steps (Survival/Action/Focus/Ease) for low-capacity states or S.M.A.R.T. Milestones for high-capacity states. 2. The Safety Protocol: The included Safety Protocol establishes the operational boundaries for using the framework. It strictly advises against the use of high-demand goal-setting when the user assesses their capacity as 'Survival Mode' (1-3). Usage: Individual Use: This tool is designed for personal self-reflection and capacity auditing. Research Use: Researchers are encouraged to use this tool for validation studies, psychometric testing, and pilot trials. Professional Restriction: This material grants no license to teach, coach, or facilitate the Invictus Self Operating System™ (ISOS™) to others. Professional use is strictly reserved for Certified ISOS™ Facilitators and other ISOS™ professionals certified by Invictus Self™, subject to their criteria. For the full operating manual and guidelines on interpreting these scores, please refer to the ISOS™ User Guide, visit invictusself.co.uk or email [email protected].
