Abstract: ECT204 is a glypican-3 (GPC3)-targeted T-cell therapy built on the ARTEMIS® cell receptor platform, mimicking natural T-cell architecture while enhancing T-cell accumulation in solid tumors. Here, we present the phase 1 results from an ongoing phase 1/2, open-label, multicenter trial of ECT204 in GPC3+ advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
