139P A study of cadonilimab combined with anlotinib in advanced NSCLC patients after systemic therapy failure and resistance to Anti–PD-(L)1 antibody treatment
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Resistance to immunotherapy remains an urgent clinical challenge in advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). For patients with acquired resistance after multiline therapy, immunotherapy rechallenge represents a potential strategy, but optimal combinations lack robust evidence. The combination of immunotherapy with antiangiogenic therapy is emerging as a trend. Cadonilimab plus anlotinib has shown potential efficacy in this setting.
