Abstract: As part of the ASFS’s ongoing commitment to examining systems and structures of racial inequality, the organization has offered fellowships through a grant funded by the Mellon Foundation. First offered in 2022, these grants continue to support scholars in developing syllabi and courses that center on intersectional racial justice within food culture and/or food systems. This roundtable discussion brings together the work of the 2024–2025 cohort of fellows to showcase their distinct approaches and intellectual contributions to food studies pedagogy.
