382P Beyond pathologic response: Does spontaneous tumor regression (STR) influence outcomes in resected stage IIIA-N2 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)? A LungART trial substudy
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: In the chemoimmunotherapy era, pathological response to neoadjuvant treatment (NA) has arisen as a surrogate endpoint for survival in resectable NSCLC. However, the prognostic value of STR - described in untreated patients (pts) across multiple tumor types - remains unaddressed. We assessed the impact of viable tumor fraction (VTF) as a marker of STR in resected stage IIIA-N2 NSCLC.
