364P Immune checkpoint gene expression differentiate immune-inflamed and immune-cold tumors in HPV-associated cervical squamous cell carcinoma
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Cervical cancer is the fourth most common cancer among women worldwide, with a woman dying from this disease every two minutes. The tumor microenvironment (TME) of cervical squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC) is complex, and TME-related genes are critical for effective immunotherapy. Understanding the molecular landscape of immune checkpoints and their interaction with the immune system is crucial for developing effective treatments.
