Abstract: The IMpower110 trial (NCT02409342) demonstrated that 1L atezo improved outcomes in pts with PD-L1–high mNSCLC. IMreal (NCT03782207) is a global, non-interventional, multiple cohort prospective study to assess outcomes and safety of atezo in the RWS of routine clinical practice. Here, we report an IA (recruitment complete at clinical cutoff: 15 May 2024) of outcomes from Cohort 5 and an IMpower110-like subgroup analysis for pts with Eastern European Cooperative Oncology Group performance status (ECOG PS) 0/1.
