132P Efficacy and safety of tislelizumab plus surufatinib in later-line treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer: A single-arm, phase ii trial with a negative result

Year: 2025
Type: article
Study design: Clinical Trial
Abstract: Patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) progressing on standard chemotherapies often maintain good performance status, but effective treatment options are limited, especially for microsatellite-stable (MSS) tumors. Preclinical evidence supports synergy between PD-1 blockade and anti-angiogenic therapy. This phase II trial evaluated the combination of tislelizumab (anti-PD-1 antibody) and surufatinib (inhibitor of VEGFR1–3, FGFR1, CSF-1R) in refractory mCRC.
